Wylie Feaster

Wylie is a Climate Change Training and Education Specialist for the State of Delaware, where he develops and implements targeted environmental training and educational programming for state and local government officials and broader public audiences. He has previous experience managing energy efficiency and renewable energy rebate programs and contributing to the planning of federal energy grant initiatives under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act, through Delaware’s State Energy Office. Wylie has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Delaware.
